Why do I have to wait 30 days for my order?
At Dappergeddon, we make you wait a little longer, to save a LOT more. All orders receive free worldwide shipping via second class mail. 

Are orders trackable?
No, most orders are not sent by trackable means.

Will it really take 30 days?
Not necessarily. Depending on your location, most customers will receive their order in significantly under 30 days. However, for customers in more remote locations, delivery may take up to 45 days.

What if I don't want to wait?
Dappergeddon offers a $20 Express Shipping service. This service is fully trackable, and will deliver to most locations worldwide within 14 days.

When can I make a claim for a unreceived item?
We will not process any claims for unreceived items until 45 days have elapsed from your purchase date. Please do not contact Dappergeddon regarding your delivery before this date.

How do I make a claim for an unreceived item?
After 45 days, contact Dappergeddon via our CONTACT PAGE, stating your order number.

FAULTY ITEMS

So, when can I make a claim for a faulty item?
Faulty returns claims are required to be processed within 7 days of receipt of item. 

What refund will I get for my faulty item?
Any items found defective through manufacture will be credited with a full refund for their purchase.

Do I need to return my faulty item to Dappergeddon?
No. We will require some documentation of the fault, but we do not require you to re-ship the faulty item.

What is considered a faulty item?
Only items found defective through manufacture are eligible for faulty return. Items rendered defective through use or wear are not eligible for return.

 

UNWANTED/ 'No Fault' ITEMS

Can I return an unwanted item?
Yes. However Dappergeddon will require you to ship the item back to us at your expense. Please DO NOT ship your item back to the manufacturer. "No fault" returns are eligible for a refund of the price of purchase less US$10 to allow for shipping expenses.

Who pays to ship my return to Dappergeddon?
For no fault returns, you will be required to cover the shipping costs of the item back to Dappergeddon.

When will my no fault return be processed?
Refunds for no fault returns will ONLY be issued once the item has been received back at Dappergeddon.

Who is responsible if my return is lost in the post?
You are responsible for ensuring your no fault returns item is returned to Dappergeddon. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

RETURNS

How do I request a return?
ALL returns, for both faulty and no-fault items must be processed through the Dappergeddon website RETURNS PAGE. Do not ship your item unless you have specifically requested to do so by Dappergeddon customer service.

Can I return my sale item?
Sale items are only eligible for return if they are found faulty. Sale items are not eligible for No Fault returns.

REFUNDS

How soon will my refund request be processed?
We will send you an email within 24 hours of receipt of your returns request, advising you of the outcome. Refunds will then be processed next working day.

How will I receive my Refund?
A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
